Affiliate Requirements
To remain an active affiliate, you agree to:
● Maintain a minimum of $500 in retail product purchases per calendar month.
● With the 50% affiliate discount, this equals a minimum affiliate investment of $250 per month.
● Maintain active participation in promoting Harmonic Solutions Research.
● Represent the company professionally and honestly.
● Avoid deceptive, misleading, or false advertising.
● Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws when promoting products.
● Protect the reputation and intellectual property of Harmonic Solutions Research.
Failure to meet monthly minimum purchase requirements or violation of this agreement may result in suspension or termination of affiliate status.
Affiliate Agreement
This Affiliate Agreement is entered into between Harmonic Solutions Research (“Company”) and the approved Affiliate.
By joining the Affiliate Program, the Affiliate agrees to the following terms:
1. Term
The Affiliate agrees to participate in the program for a minimum period of one (1) year beginning on the approval date.
2. Monthly Minimum
The Affiliate agrees to maintain a minimum monthly purchase requirement equivalent to:
● $500 Retail Value
● $250 Affiliate Cost
Failure to meet this requirement may result in termination of affiliate privileges.
3. Affiliate Pricing
Approved affiliates receive:
● 50% OFF current retail pricing.
Pricing is subject to change at the Company’s discretion.
4. Marketing Materials
The Company agrees to provide:
● Professional product labeling
● Professional packaging
● Bacteriostatic water where applicable
● Personalized business cards
● Personalized affiliate discount code
5. Affiliate Code
Each affiliate will receive a unique promotional code that provides customers with a discount on qualifying retail purchases.
Affiliate codes remain the property of Harmonic Solutions Research and may be modified or discontinued by the Company.
6. Professional Conduct
Affiliates agree to:
● Represent the Company honestly and professionally.
● Provide respectful customer service.
● Avoid misleading statements or deceptive advertising.
● Protect confidential business information.
● Refrain from actions that could damage the reputation of Harmonic Solutions Research.
7. Independent Status
Affiliates are independent business partners and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Harmonic Solutions Research.
8. Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate status for:
● Failure to maintain minimum monthly purchase requirements.
● Violation of this agreement.
● Fraudulent activity.
● Conduct that may harm the Company’s reputation.
9. Acceptance
By signing below, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms contained in this Affiliate Agreement.
